Join us this Christmas for a huge show at The Jazz Cafe celebrating three decades of genius from A Tribe Called Quest and Q Tip.
We're celebrating 30 years of the iconic 1991 Tribe album The Low End Theory with Patterns, the London band featuring the city's finest jazz players led by Dani Deodato (Arlo Parks / Pyjaen).
In addition to this, the band will be diving deep into the 2001-recorded Q Tip solo album, Kamaal The Abstract, for their opening set of the night. A record heavily indebted to the jazz influence in hip-hop and Q Tip's personal record collection.
Dani Diodato - guitar
Nicola Guida - keys
Jerome Johnson - drums
Johnatan Moko - bass
Jay Phelps - trumpet
Callum Connell - saxophone
Mandeep - vocals
Simon JNR - vocals
