TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR THURSDAY
Another rare chance to see UK SUBS live. Cambridge missed out on 2023 dates, so a welcome return and a very special show for the Cambridge fans. Don’t miss this one!!!!
And so the time has come… After a touring career that has spanned 45 years, the U.K. Subs have decided to play limited shows and pick up select dates only for the cities that missed out in 2023. Thereafter, they will confine themselves to festival appearances or an infrequent date or two, as moving forward into the future, each member instead focuses on solo projects and other activities. The Subs have a popular and deserved reputation for being one of the hardest working Punk outfits in the world. Year-in, year-out since 1977, they have built a solid global following via constant lengthy visits to play their brand of Old School Punk Rock in the North and South Americas, continental Europe, Japan and, of course, the British Isles. The culmination of all those years of travel, of going from continent to continent, nation to nation, city to city, stage to stage – the last touring will and testament of the legendary U.K. Subs.
+ THE RAMONAS
The Ramonas, are the best tribute to the iconic New York forerunners of punk; The Ramones. The band began in 2004 and has since evolved into the ultimate re-creation of the 1976 spirit of the definite garage punk rock band. Known for high energy performances that thrill the audiences with all the classic songs such as “The KKK Took My Baby Away” “Do You Remember Rock 'N' Roll Radio?” “Teenage Lobotomy” “I Wanna Be Sedated” “Sheena Is a Punk Rocker” “Blitzkrieg Bop” and many more....… Hey Ho, Lets Go!
+ KNOCK OFF
KNOCK OFF are a hard hitting punk trio, taking influences from the early 80's U.K punk scene and giving it a modern twist. A raw and powerful sound with stick in your head choruses, KNOCK OFF will leave their mark. Formed in sept 2013 the KNOCK OFF repitoire is inspired by football, anger, disillusionment at a country going down the pan and life in general. It's not all doom and gloom though and there is the odd sprinkling of humor in the set, such as a heart warming love song, imaginatively called....Love Song. A KNOCK OFF gig can be described as an onslaught of hard and fast songs, a wall of noise designed to make an impact.
