Location

• Cherry Beach Park Toronto. At the roundabout, follow the shoreline or bike path east.. you’ll hear the music.

Delivery

• Your ticket or Season Pass coded ticket arrives by email in the week before each event date. As a reminder, another comes 2 days before the date. If not, check your Junk. If still not, connect with help@ticketweb.ca.

Cancellations

• Any cancellation call, likely due to rain, is made by 1pm on the day. Ticket and Season Pass holders are then notified by email.

Refunds

• If we cancel an event, usually due to weather, your tickets can be exchanged to another event date. We do not offer refunds.

Re-Sales

• Your ticket is ready to go. When buying or selling, only deal with friends and friends of friends. And only for face value. Getting scammed sucks.

Code of Conduct

• Promise Cherry Beach welcomes, celebrates and protects all. Randomly buy a drink for someone completely different than you. Thank you!
